PERSONALISED ORDERS

All our personalised pieces are made to order, especially for you. As such, please allow up to 5-6 weeks for delivery from the date of your order.

We will always aim to deliver your personalised piece sooner than this, but sometimes delays can occur which are out of our control. Should your order be subject to any delays we will make contact with you at our earliest notice of this. 

We understand this is an investment piece, so if you wish to make any changes to your personalised piece please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For all mother of pearl beaded personalised pieces, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

UK DELIVERY

We ship with DHL Express and all our shipments are fully insured, and require a signature on delivery.

Orders over £350, shipping is on us, and under £350 are charged at £7.50. DHL Express delivers within 3 working days of the date you place your order.

If you need something in a hurry, drop us a line and we will help as best we can.

OUTSIDE OF THE UK

We ship Worldwide with DHL Express and all our shipments are fully insured, and require a signature on delivery.

All international shipments are charged at £25, and orders over £500 shipping is on us. DHL Express delivers within 2-5 days. 

All duty and taxes will be calculated (and paid for) at checkout, so there will be no surprise charges!

Delivery time applies for working days only, and DHL Express do not guarantee delivery on Saturday or Bank Holidays. 

Delivery times are for pieces we have in stock only, our personalised and bespoke products do take a little longer to arrive.
