ALTERING CONFIGURATIONS

All components of our Bubblegum styles are designed with personalisation and alterations in mind. There are, however, some limitations based on the necklace configuration.

Necklaces with gold chain and lobster-clasp fastening:
Easily thread and unthread charms and beads to create the configuration you desire.

Necklaces with knotted cord:
We use a robust hand-knotting technique to ensure your necklace is as durable and secure as possible. Therefore, in order the add or remove charms, or to change the cord, the necklace must be un-tied and re-knotted at our London Studio at no additional cost.

Please note: Purchases that can't be brought into our studio in person will not be eligible for reimbursement on the cost of shipping.

Necklaces with cord and stopper beads:
Easily thread and unthread charms and beads to create the configuration you desire, then simply reattach the stopper bead.

 

EXCHANGING CORD COLOURS

Similarly to altering your necklace configuration, we are happy to re-thread your necklace onto a new cord colour at no additional cost. There will, however, be a supplementary cost of £30 for each cord bundle (technical and silk) that you desire.

Simply bring your cord style into our London studio and we can exchange the cord for you within half an hour.

Please note: Purchases that can't be brought into our studio in person will not be eligible for reimbursement on the cost of shipping.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

In the rare circumstance that your necklace is faulty, we will be happy to provide a like-for-like replacement, and will cover any shipping charges. Normal returns conditions apply, and any assumed 'faulty' pieces returned after 14 days of receipt may not be accepted, or may incur an additional repair charge. Repair, or replacement, times will vary based on the fault and your geographical location. Please contact us if you believe you have received a faulty style.

 

REPAIRS

If a necklace breaks, or is damaged after 14 days from the date of your receipt, please contact us and we can advise what repair options are available to you.

CARE & CLEANING

Roxanne First Jewellery is designed to last forever. Each purchase is an investment into your personal collection, and just like you, should be handled with care.


RESIN CHARMS

Durable, water-proof and fade resistant; our resin charms are idea for wear whilst on the move, having a round of tennis, or taking a dip in the sea.

Simply give your charms a wipe with a damp cloth on a regular basis to maintain their gloss. Avoid exposure to extreme heat, abrasive surfaces or corrosive substances e.g. household cleaners, fragrances or concentrated oils.


GEMSTONE CHARMS

Despite being one of the hardest materials on earth, Diamonds can be damaged without attention, so treat your gemstone jewellery with care on a daily basis.

We advise taking off your necklace with with gemstone charms before swimming, having a jog around the block, or abseiling down rough-textures. 

Simply give your charms a wipe with a cleaning solution on a regular basis to maintain their sparkle. Avoid exposure to extreme heat, abrasive surfaces or corrosive substances e.g. household cleaners, fragrances or concentrated oils.


GOLD CHARMS, BEADS & CHAIN

Due to being impervious to tarnishing, Gold is an incredibly easy metal to clean and keep looking shiny.

Simply give your charms a wipe with a cleaning solution on a regular basis to maintain their sparkle. Avoid exposure to extreme heat, abrasive surfaces or corrosive substances e.g. household cleaners, fragrances or concentrated oils.


SILK & TECHNICAL CORD

Like our resin charms, the cords featured in BUBBLEGUM designs benefit from being incredibly durable, strong and water-resistant - ideal for active moments, swimming in calm waters or travelling across continents.

Simply soak your cords in a soapy water solution on a regular basis to keep them clean. Avoid exposure to extreme heat, abrasive surfaces or corrosive substances e.g. household cleaners, fragrances or concentrated oils.


SAFE STORAGE

Avoid storing jewellery in extreme heat or cold, in damp places or in direct sunlight. The easiest way to protect it from dust and damage is to use the Roxanne First packaging your piece came in.
