All of our solid gold or diamond personalised pieces, including beaded pieces with solid gold, diamond or rainbow charms, are made to order just for you. As such, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery from the date of your order.
For all mother of pearl beaded personalised pieces, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

UK Shipping Information
We ship with DHL Express and all our shipments are fully insured (and require a signature on delivery).
We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over £200.
Orders under £200 are charged at £6.
DHL Express delivery usually takes between 1-3 working days (within the U.K).
If you need something in a hurry – drop us a line and we will help as best we can.
Outside Of The UK
We ship Worldwide with DHL Express and all our shipments are fully insured (and require a signature on delivery).

All orders being shipped outside the UK do not include UK VAT.
Please note, we are not responsible for any additional fees, duties and customs due when shipping outside the U.K. As of 4th July 2021 duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout to avoid delays at customs. If you checkout with duty and tax paid this is non-refundable should your shipping address be amended.

Delivery time applies for working days only and currently excludes the Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and some areas of Scotland where delivery may take slightly longer.
Delivery times are for in stock products only, our bespoke products do take a little longer to arrive (details can be found on specific product page).
Please bear in mind, we don’t deliver on Bank Holidays.
Please allow additional time for delivery over Christmas. Christmas is a very busy time and our studio is working at reduced capacity due to COVID-19. Our fulfilment partner is experiencing extraordinary demand, and this may result in delays which are out of our control.
