IN TIME FOR GIFTING (BY 24TH DECEMBER)

Personalised & Made-To-Order Pieces

To ensure Personalised Gold Pieces (bracelets and necklaces inc. Diamond Days), Rings and Made-To-Order Pieces arrive by 24th December, place your order by 1st December 2024.

Orders containing Personalised Gold or Made-To-Order Pieces, that have been placed after 1st December 2024, will be fulfilled within 5-6 weeks from date of purchase.

Personalised Beaded Necklaces, with Mother-of-Pearl Letters only, can be ordered by 15th December and will be delivered by 24th December.

Bubblegum By RF Pieces

To ensure Bubblegum By RF Pieces arrive by 24th December, place your order by 18th December 2024.

Orders containing Bubblegum pieces, that have been placed after 18th December 2024, will be fulfilled within 1 week from date of purchase.

UK DELIVERY

Standard Delivery is £6, or free with orders over £250

We deliver to UK addresses with Royal Mail and UPS, and all our deliveries are fully insured and require a signature upon receipt.

Royal Mail and UPS deliver within 2-3 working days of the date you receive shipment confirmation.

If you need something in a hurry, drop us a line and we will help as best we can.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard Delivery is from £25, or free with orders over £500

We deliver to international addresses with UPS, and all our deliveries are fully insured and require a signature upon receipt.

UPS delivers within 2-5 working days of the date you receive shipment confirmation.

All duty and taxes will be calculated and charged at checkout, so there will be no nasty surprise charges.

IN-STORE COLLECTION

If you choose to collect your order in store, you are not able to return your items. At the discretion of the store manager, you may be able to exchange items from your order. 

Your order will be held in store for a full calendar week from the date of your order, and thereafter will be cancelled. If you have exceptional circumstances whereby you are not able to collect your order within 1 week, please reach out to us to make us aware.

PERSONALISED ORDERS

All our personalised pieces are made-to-order, especially for you. As such, please allow up to 4-5 weeks* for delivery from the date of your order.

We will always aim to deliver your personalised piece sooner than this, but sometimes delays can occur which are out of our control. Should your order be subject to any delays, we will make contact with you at our earliest notice of this. 

We understand this is an investment piece, so if you wish to make any changes to your personalised piece, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

*For all mother of pearl beaded personalised pieces, wait and delivery time is reduced to up to 1-2 weeks.

Delivery timeframes apply to working days only, and UPS and Royal Mail doesn't guarantee delivery on Saturday or Bank Holidays. 

Delivery times are for pieces we have in stock only, our personalised and bespoke products do take a little longer to arrive.
