Non-Personalised Pieces

To ensure non-personalised pieces arrive by 24th December, place your order by:

UK: 20th December / In-store collection 24th December 3pm (GMT)
Ireland: 19th December
Europe & USA: 18th December
Rest of World: 17th December

We will endeavour to fulfil all orders placed before 12pm (GMT) on 24th December, but cannot guarantee delivery for orders placed after the recommended lead time listed above. All orders placed after 12pm on 24th December will be dispatched after the holiday break from 2nd January 2025.

Personalised & Made-To-Order Pieces

Unfortunately, due to our factory lead-time, we are unable to guarantee that personalised orders will arrive in time for gifting this year.

Orders containing Personalised Gold or Made-To-Order Pieces, that have been placed after 2nd December 2024, will be fulfilled within 4-6 weeks from date of purchase. Should you require a piece urgently, please get in touch and let us know, so we can try and expedite your order.

Personalised Beaded Necklaces, with Mother-of-Pearl Letters only, can be ordered by 20th December by 2pm, and will be delivered by 24th December.

Bubblegum By RF Pieces

To ensure Bubblegum By RF Pieces arrive by 24th December, place your order by 18th December 2024.

Orders containing Bubblegum pieces, that have been placed after 18th December 2024, will be fulfilled within 1 week from date of purchase.

UK DELIVERY

For December only, we are offering free Standard Delivery on all orders.

We deliver to UK addresses with Royal Mail and DHL, and all our deliveries are fully insured and require a signature upon receipt.

Royal Mail and DHL deliver within 2-3 working days of the date you receive shipment confirmation.

If you need something in a hurry, drop us a line and we will help as best we can.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard Delivery is from £25, or free with orders over £500

We deliver to international addresses with DHL, and all our deliveries are fully insured and require a signature upon receipt.

DHL delivers within 2-5 working days of the date you receive shipment confirmation.

All duty and taxes will be calculated and charged at checkout, so there will be no nasty surprise charges.

IN-STORE COLLECTION

Your order will be held in store for a full calendar week from the date of your order, and thereafter will be cancelled. If you have exceptional circumstances whereby you are not able to collect your order within 1 week, please reach out to us to make us aware.

 

PERSONALISED ORDERS

All our personalised pieces are made-to-order, especially for you. Please allow up to 4-5 weeks* for delivery from the date of your order.

We will always aim to deliver your personalised piece sooner than this, but sometimes delays can occur which are out of our control. Should your order be subject to any delays, we will make contact with you at our earliest notice of this. 

We understand this is an investment piece, so if you wish to make any changes to your personalised piece, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

*For all mother of pearl beaded personalised pieces, wait and delivery time is reduced to up to 1-2 weeks.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery time-frames apply to working days only, and DHL and Royal Mail doesn't guarantee delivery on Saturday or Bank Holidays. 

Delivery times are for pieces we have in stock only, our personalised and bespoke products do take a little longer to arrive.
